“I view relationship therapy as a collaborative and living process. At its core, my approach is humanistic and relational, grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen in safe and supportive environments where we are met with understanding, and where we feel seen and heard” – Brandon
Brandon is a trauma-informed relationship therapist trained in the My Love Your Love Couples Therapy System. He works flexibly to meet the unique needs, histories, and goals of each relationship.
Brandon welcomes conflict, defensiveness and strong emotion as invitations to slow down, to listen more deeply, and to uncover what is really at stake. He creates a supportive space for people to notice their patterns, to learn more effective relational skills, and to connect with curiosity and empathy so that their relationship can evolve and prosper. Ultimately, Brandon believes that therapy is about becoming more fully human, more connected and more aligned to the values that give meaning to one’s relationship and life.
Brandon has extensive experience working with heterosexual and same-sex clients, supporting relationships across a range of structures, including monogamous and ethically non-monogamous partnerships. He is accredited with some of the leading private health insurers who may offer rebates for relationship therapy.
